Andy gajbhiye, CEO

With over 15 years of AEC leadership, Mr. Gajbhiye specializes in
scaling BIM and Innovation for capital projects exceeding $1 billion
annually. He delivers enterprise-level value by streamlining digital

standards, BIM execution planning, and asset procurement to ensure high-
quality, data-driven project delivery. His executive oversight bridges the

gap between complex VDC implementation and long-term owner-developer
ROI.

ROSE ellen erwin, BIM/VDC Consultant

Rose Ellen Erwin brings over 26 years of expertise in spearheading digital transformation and technology adoption across the BIM, VDC, and AEC sectors. She excels at translating complex technical requirements into strategic, client- focused solutions for government and educational organizations. Her career is defined by high-performance execution and a dedicated passion for helping clients achieve their objectives through data-driven innovation.

Larry Kleinkemper, CTO

Mr. Kleinkemper, AIA, is an architect with 25 years of experience, specializing over the last decade in high-accuracy LiDAR scanning and BIM creation. A recognized industry leader and member of the American Institute of Architects, he frequently presents at major global conferences such as Autodesk University and GEO Week.

How it all started?

Andy brings over 15 years of leadership experience in digital strategy and innovation within the AEC industry. He has dedicated more than a decade to advancing construction technology and innovation at major construction companies in Texas and Washington.

Andy also served in leadership role for a very large owner-developer, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail capital projects in Texas. He brought leadership in leveraging technology that transformed design, construction, and procurement processes for capital projects.

Andy’s extensive experience across design, construction, and owner-developer roles uniquely positions him to offer unparalleled value. His multifaceted background enables him to provide insights and solutions that are both innovative and practical.
